Position- Seed Advisor/ Agricultural Representative Position Summary
The Seed Advisor is to contact assigned customers and prospects by phone (normally 4 or 5 times/year) to sell products, collect deposits and amounts due, follow up for feedback on product performance and/or customer satisfaction, record and relay that feedback, negotiate with the customer to resolve any issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and increase the amount of product(s) used by the customer in order to achieve established sales objectives.
